We are renting out rooms to non-smoking FEMALE students (no men, couples or families) in our house in calm and serene Esarp. The house is 260 m2 and located a few minutes walk from the bus top. Direct bus into Malmö Central station leaves once per hour, or to Staffanstorp where you change to take another direct bus to Lund. The rooms are on the first floor and approx. 15 m2 in size plus fully furnished with bed, desk, chair, bookshelves and wardrobe/dresser. The bathroom and toilet is shared and you also have access to a well equipped gym area on the ground floor. The rent is 3000 sek/month for a single room or 2000 sek/month for a shared room There is also a common relaxing tv-room on the second floor and you’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and laundry room plus h a cozy backyard with a patio. Electricity, water, internet are included in the rent. If needed there is also free parking adjacent to the house We require one month’s rent in deposit when we sign the rental contract and the rent is paid one month in advance. No pets are allowed since the household already include two outdoor cats. We are an international family who loves traveling consisting of two adults who work with toys and electrical engineering plus five children in the ages 10-17, four of them still live at home. We speak fluently English, Italian, Swedish, Finnish and some Spanish.
