Rum i Stockholm

Hi everyone, I will be renting out a room in my apartment in Kärrtorp (5min from subway), from end of Jan/beginning Feb-around June but short term or longer is possible. It is empty on the pictures, as I am just moving into the apartment next week myself, but I will put a bed and a table, built in closet is already there. I am 44 years old, so older folks is welcome. Women preferred. Rent will be 7000sek. Kitchen, living room and bathroom will be shared
