I'm renting out a room in my new, preferably for a woman ,three-bedroom apartment for a period of at least several months split between my part and yours. There's a hallway between my part and yours. I'm practically the only one living in the apartment, and my daughter comes over occasionally. The apartment is large, with a large kitchen and bathroom, and there's also a shared living room.
