I who live here have the livingroom, we share the kitchen and bathroom. I have one large dog which means you need to be comfortable with dogs. The room is furnished with a good bed and other things. You can rent it without furnitures if you wish. Rent is 4700, one months rent in deposit. We split the bills for electricity, internet and hot water each month.
