Hi, I have a 17 sq.m room in student corridor in Tärnvägen 10 C from Feb 1st. Washrooms and kitchen are shared with other students. Rent is SEK 4339 and you don’t pay rent in June and July. Lund C is of 12 minutes walking distance or 5 minutes in bus. Nova Lund is close as well. You can sign the contract directly with the landlord.
