Dog not included(Girlfriends dog just happened to be there) The room in the apartment being rent out is the bigger room with a walk in closet and separate door to the balcony. There's full access to the entire apartment except the spare bedroom where I'll be keeping my things and spend 2-3 days of the week in(I will be working these days so I won't be there a lot even those days).
