I am going to rent out my 3a ( 2 bedroom+living room) in St.Lars area due to move in a bigger apartment . it is surrounded by St.Lars park with a lot of schools around with good access to city with buss number 6. heating, water, TV and internet is included in the rent but not electricity and parking place( with extra charge 300 SEK can be included with possibility for itself electric car charging station ). it can be rent out semi-furnished too.
