Hi! We are renting our apartment for a few months, 1-4 months, the duration can be adjutsed per your need. We are planning to travel hence planning to rent out. The kitchenette has a new stove and oven installed (less than a year old), has a washer and a dryer, two bed rooms, and a nice balcony. The apartment has central heating and really good ventillation/ cross winds when you leave the balcony door open! We ideally want to rent out without furniture, but that can be discussed. the apartment is on the first floor, and is a 8 min walk...
