My home have 60m2 , 2 rooms ,kitchen and balcony. Walls are painted 2 years ago, kitchen is almost new and big. Small bedroom, big livingroom and balconi. Its nice and cousy, near Mobillia market place. You have everthyng you need near by. I have parking spot in the garage but you need to pay it extra. Hyra is 9150 + around 400 electricity, 500 internet + 525 for parking if you want. I only want deposit for hyra 1 month and with that money will be paid your last month before you go out.
