I am looking to rent my room to a girl that is calm, mature, responsible, respectful and reliable . Cleanliness is something That is highly valued. It is a big apartment on ca 109 m2 that I am interested in sharing with others. I am only looking for female flatmates, those who are calm, clean, organized and not into parties. I have a no guests policy because I want my tenants who stay there to feel comfortable, not having to worry about strangers coming and going in and out and feel “safe” and to keep the flat in a clean and good shape.
