1 rum lägenhet i Göteborg

From June to mid August (or shorter time) I rent out a room in my apartment. The rent is 5000kr / month. The apartment is situated in a calm and new area between Östra sjukhuset and Härlanda tjärn. The room is about 13 sqm and there is a bed, desk, bookcase, and wardrobe. We share kitchen and bathroom. Internet and electricity are included in the rent. Two cats are also living here.
