One room with separate shower/toilet in a large villa in Kullavik, Kungsbacka municipality. Part in kitchen and laundry room. Electricity, water, wifi (fiber) included. Close to nature and the coast. 15 min walk to bus stop for bus line "X3" to central Gothenburg. Possibility to borrow a bicycle. We are both retired and have plans for slightly longer travel periods during autumn and winter.
