A fully furnished studio Apartment in the student housing of Salixvägen from 1st February to 30th April. The aparment is funished for 2 persons. It is rented from University Housing, so the current rent is 5491 SEK. However it can increase in the upcoming months. So if it increases the tenant has to bare it as I am not taking any extra money for the rent.
