1 room apartment in Uppsala

A fully furnished studio apartment in the student housing on Salixvägen available from 1 February to 30 April. The apartment is furnished for two people. It is rented through University Housing, so the current rent is 5,491 SEK. However, the rent may increase in the coming months; if it does, the tenant must cover the difference, as I am not charging any additional amount for the rent. In addition, when I move out I will have the apartment professionally cleaned to like-new condition, and I expect the tenant to leave it in the same condition...
