Renting out a small furnished room in a 4 bedroom flat in central Stockholm. Looking for a responsible tenant who likes to live in a peaceful and clean place in Södermalm. It's not a party place but it is really close to bars/restaurants around Södermalm so easy enough to just pop outside and hang out with people.
