Small house in the countryside with its own outdoor area, overlooking Tegelberga golf course. About 20 minutes by car to Malmö, 10 minutes to Trelleborg. Fully functional house with furniture and washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, etc. Note that the house is located on our plot but a bit apart from the main residence as it is situated at the corner of our house. Electricity cost is additional, averaged over a year about 1500 SEK/month depending on usage. A separate electricity meter is available.
