Renting out a small furnished room in a 4-bedroom flat in central Stockholm. Looking for a responsible tenant who likes to live in a peaceful and clean place in Södermalm. It's not a party place but it is really close to bars/restaurants around Södermalm so it's easy enough to just go outside and hang out with people.
