Vegetarians or vegans only. No meat or fish is allowed inside the apartment. The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished. We are a family of 3 (2 adults, 1 kid that lives with us part-time) that rent out 3 rooms to tenants. We are primarily looking for students. With that being said, we do not want this to become a social hangout-space for people from outside, so if you want to meet up with your own friends that do not live inside the apartment, please do so outside our home.
