Hi I want to rent out my apartment for 8 months with a possibility to extend it (starting from 1st July, 2024). It is a three-room 84.5 square meter apartment in Fyrislundsgatan 54, in the 4th floor. It is fully furnished (or unfurnished depending on our agreement) and well equipped with washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, and microwave and has a big balcony.
