Hi! I'm renting out my furnished apartment from july 2024 to august 2025. It's 55 square meters, 3 rooms. The rent is 13000kr for everything included. The apartment was finished 2021, and is very fresh with amenities incl. dishwasher, washer and drier. I can also consider renting out the smaller room for 5000 and the larger for 7000. The nearest tram stop is Positivgatan but you can walk to the Frölunda Torg which is one of the largest transportation hubs as well as a mall with supermarkets, h&m, pharmacies.
