Extremely cozy 1 BR cottage with an open fireplace, 3-minutes from the subway in Mälarhöjden (red line). It is located in a beautiful garden with BBQ, outdoor chairs, tables and gardening possibility. Furnished with double bed, sofa, and a kitchen table. It has floor heating, a nice bathroom and a small kitchen with 2 stove plates and a refrigerator. Note: no freezer and no oven, but if not too often, you can borrow ours. Laundry machine and dryer is shared with us in our villa. We have rented out for years and that has never been a problem....
