We rent out three furnished rooms in a separate part (with its own entrance) of our villa. Now we have two rooms available: one smaller, cheaper and cosey room with only window towards the alley and one nice newly renovated big room with window towards garden. The rent for the smaller room is SEK 4900 kr/month and the bigger is SEK 5500 kr/month (no additional costs will apply).
