Hello folks, I rent a room since November or December or later by agreement. It's furnished room in a 2 rooms huge apartment in Lund in Norra Fäladen. In Sankt Hans Grånd area. 5.500SEK +electricity( around 250 sek depending on the consumption). It's an apartment in a quiet area, it comes with a terrace, covered terrace, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Internet, big tv and 2 separate toilets. Storage and closed bike storage. It has a car parking spot available but is not included in the price. Close to ICA, Lidl, restaurants and the city...

You can terminate your membership at your convenience. Payment and subscription agreement
By your payment, you accept that Uthyrningsportal may deduct the agreed amount that is in accordance with the selected service, either from your payment card or via mobilepay As your subscription starts immediately after payment, there is no right of withdrawal for the purchase. For technical reasons, you can not cancel your subscription for the first 24 hours. After the 24 hours, you can cancel your subscription at any time.Prices
