Room in Gothenburg

I'm looking to rent out a room in my 63 m² apartment in Biskopsgården. It's the smaller bedroom shown in the pictures. The room will be cleared out except for the wardrobe in the left corner. Since we'll be sharing the apartment and living close by, the vibe between us is the most important factor for me when choosing a tenant.
