Room in Gothenburg

Looking to rent out a room in my 63m2 apartment in Biskopsgården. It is the smaller bedroom seen in the pictures. The room will be cleared out except for wardrobe in the left corner. Since we will share this apartment and live pretty close, the vibe between us is most important for me when considering tenant.
