We have a newly built, furnished room in the basement of our villa. The room has its own entrance, a private toilet with a shower and washing machine (not shown in the picture), a large storage/wardrobe, refrigerator, freezer, and the possibility to heat food (cooking is not allowed as there is no exhaust fan). No pets, no smoking. Wifi, electricity, water, and heating are included in the rent, which is 4400 SEK/month. Close to a bus stop, about a 10-15 minute walk to the city center.
