Room in Uppsala

Hello! We are looking for a male lodger for our 4-room apartment in Uppsala. We are renting out a room with access to shared areas such as the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom. The room is 20 sqm and is rented furnished with a bed (90x200 cm), a desk with chair, a wardrobe, and a sofa. The monthly rent is 4000 SEK (including internet). A deposit equal to one month’s rent must be paid before moving in and will be returned after moving out and inspection of the room. What we require from you is that you have a housing/reference.
