Room in Uppsala

Hi! We are looking for a male lodger for our four-room apartment in Uppsala. We are renting out a room with access to shared areas such as the kitchen, hallway, and toilet. The room is 20 sqm and is rented furnished, including a 90x200 cm bed, a desk with chair, a wardrobe and a sofa. The monthly rent is 4000 SEK (including internet). A deposit equal to one month’s rent must be paid before moving in and will be returned after moving out and inspection of the room. We require that you have a housing reference.
