Room in Uppsala

Hello and happy New Year! I have a room in my three-room apartment available to rent next term. The rent for the room is 4000 SEK, and the move-in date is flexible. It can be rented furnished, partially furnished or unfurnished. The apartment is in a nice area and it takes about 7–8 minutes by bike to most places and to the campus in town. It's the first room on the left after the entrance on the floor plan — I live in the room next door when I'm not at my girlfriend's.
