Room in Uppsala

Hi! We are looking for a male lodger for our 4-room apartment in Uppsala. We are renting out a room with access to shared areas such as the kitchen, hallway and toilet. The room is 17 sqm and is rented furnished with a bed measuring 90x200 cm, a desk with chair, a wardrobe and a sofa. The monthly rent is 3500 SEK (including internet). A deposit of one month’s rent must be paid before moving in and will be refunded after moving out and inspection of the room. We require that you can provide a housing reference.
