Room in Malmo

Hello Renting out a room in my three-room apartment in Malmö. I am a 34-year-old man and have my child every other week. Renting a room (furnished or unfurnished) to a well-behaved person — preferably a student who doesn't have a lot of stuff. Rent including electricity/internet/hot water and everything is 4,500 SEK per month. One month's rent is paid as a deposit. You should be working or studying!
