Apartment Rental. This fall I will be going on an exchange study and will therefore rent out my apartment. The apartment is a cozy 1.5-room in Guldheden, 38 square meters + 6 square meters glazed balcony. I am renting out the apartment for one year from the beginning of September 2026 to September 2027. The apartment is newly renovated and is rented furnished/unfurnished by agreement. Dishwasher and washing machine/dryer are available.
