Room in Gothenburg

Hi everyone! I'm thinking about renting out a room to a female student, 6 minutes from the Central Station / Nordstan. About 4,000 SEK in rent; electricity, water and Wi‑Fi included. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Order and tidiness for our mutual comfort. (I myself am a woman, no pets) What do you think? Is there anyone who might consider it, or is it too "troublesome" to share an apartment? It does require responsibility from both sides. Just putting the question out there! Happy New Year to you.
