Hi I rent out a room to a student. Furnished. Of course you have access to the laundry room, the shared living room and kitchen, and a private bathroom. Rent is 4000 SEK. Electricity and internet/Wi‑Fi are included. My son and I live in a new, modern townhouse (condominium), built in 2021. Large terrace/outdoor patio.
