5 room house in Holmsund

There is now an opportunity to rent a charming and well-equipped summer cottage at Vitskär 8, located on a scenic island outside Holmsund. Due to relocation, I am looking for a tenant who wants to take over and enjoy this fantastic place during the summers to come. I would prefer that the cottage is rented on an annual basis starting before the 2027 season, or alternatively that the rental begins already at the end of the current season.
