Long-term rental - Unfurnished and newly renovated townhouse with new flooring, new walls, new windows, an air-source heat pump and much more. We are looking for a responsible family of 4 people, possibly 5. The townhouse is located close to schools and parks. We are still working on renovating the downstairs bathroom, hence there are no pictures of the small toilet. What is included in the rent?: Trash collection, garage and parking.
