Mimer housing is being sublet, but Mimer first needs a tenant for us to be approved to sublet. And the reason for subletting must be approved. So it is not 100% certain that we will be allowed to sublet. But if everything falls into place there is a large, well-planned apartment with a glazed balcony. Partly furnished.
