Trying to post again, since the perfect apartment swap or offer still hasn’t come along. I’m looking for: A 4-room apartment, or a larger 3-room apartment, on the east side of town near Pilgatan, Nygatan, Häradshövdingegatan, etc., or on the west side of town or in central Umeå. What I have: A lovely 5-room, 106 m² apartment on Pilgatan, on the east side of town. It has been fully renovated and is in excellent condition (I’d rather not move, but it’s too big for us).
