5 room apartment in Stockholm

Lovely cultural house with a small yard. Only five apartments and a pleasant atmosphere. Looking for a person who is used to being a lodger with the responsibility that entails. So, friendly and keeping things tidy / cleaning up after oneself. We are nice, work a lot, and each takes care of themselves, we don’t see each other very often. We each have our own room.
