Hello. I'm looking for someone who wants to sublet my apartment from June 1st on an open-ended basis. At least one year with the possibility of extending one year at a time. I have a 151 sqm apartment in Södermalm right by Sofia Church and Nytorget. The apartment has 3 large bedrooms, a large kitchen and a living room of 55 sqm. Close to everything and located within the inner city. The apartment will be partly furnished.
