Hello, I am now going to rent out my apartment for a few months due to work abroad from December 1 to April 1. I can be a bit flexible with the dates. It is a 4-room apartment of 92 square meters with a regular balcony and a smaller one. It is located in a quiet area close to gyms, restaurants, and grocery stores. The apartment is rented out furnished, but one room is completely unfurnished. There is plenty of space for storage. Electricity, water, and broadband (500/500) are included in the rent.
