The tenant I am looking for might be able to help with some basic maintenance, such as lawn mowing and snow removal around the bridge; a tractor handles most of the snow removal. Therefore, you might be the one I am looking for. Rent is 8800 SEK/month. Parking space can be arranged. Service fee for the tenant: 435 SEK.
