Welcome as a student with a study certificate to rent a house on a yearly basis at Östra Stranden, featuring a beautiful garden with fruit trees. It is close to everything: the university, the beach, shopping, and public transport. In the summer, we live in the house ourselves. The house is rented out to two students, each paying 4500 SEK + electricity and water per month. Free Wi-Fi and parking are included. Service fee for tenants: 222 SEK.
