4 room house in Ystad

Hello, rent out a cozy cabin from September 2026 until the end of May 2027. I have summer rentals the rest of the time. The accommodation comes fully furnished and with internet, TV, electricity, water, insurance included in the price. The accommodation is located in Rynge By, about 10 minutes to Ystad and 10 to Skurup and only 5 minutes down to Mossbystrand. There is no bus or train connection nearby, so you must have a car and a driver's license. The tenant takes care of the garden and mows the lawn. Service fee for tenant: 714
