The house is located on a farm a few kilometers from U-a city. Looking for a long-term tenant who enjoys the countryside and appreciates being close to the city. Since we ourselves live on the farm, the "right" tenant is important so that we can both be comfortable in our own ways. It is an older cozy house that has been renovated.
