I want to rent out my villa, which is located fairly centrally, close to grocery stores and the train and bus stations. Rent to private individuals and companies. The rental has no fixed term. The rent includes everything, e.g. internet, electricity and waste collection. Cold rent 9500 kr. All included (electricity, internet, waste collection) 16000 kr/month. Service fee for tenant: 470 kr.
