4 room house in Karlskrona

I would like to rent out two bedrooms to two people in my house. My family has moved to India and I am living alone; to cover expenses I plan to rent out two rooms. Rent is 5000 kr and includes everything: electricity, heating, water, internet. The room is furnished and, if needed, we can move a bed to the garage. I have a very large garage.
