4 room house in Huddinge

We rent out a basement villa of 120 sqm, with 3 bedrooms and a living room with a fireplace. The house is a bit worn but charming and rented furnished. A maximum of 4 people are allowed to live in the house. We preferably seek a couple without children or some friends who want to live together as tenants. On the property, there are two houses; we live in the big house and rent out the smaller house, so we will share the garden.
