4 room house in Dorotea

We have a house in Hisingen with two flats. We live on the first floor and upstairs; there are three bedrooms, each rented to one person. Now one room is available. You will live with two others; they're students. The apartment was renovated three years ago. It's a few minutes to the tram station and it takes 10 minutes to the city. It's near a shopping center. Our area is called Lundby. You only pay the rent; electricity and internet are included. You should be a worker or a student. Service fee for the tenant: 272
