4 room apartment in Växjö

I've just given notice on a four-room, 100 m² apartment on Sommarvägen. Relatively recently renovated kitchen and two bathrooms. Dishwasher and stacked washer and dryer. 10,700 kr (there may be a rent discount for a new tenant). Lovely neighbors and generally quiet. Need someone who can move in in early/mid February 2026.
